The Orthognathic Series is specially designed for orthognathic and facial osteotomy procedures, offering precise and stable fixation for mandibular and maxillary realignment. All plates are manufactured from high-strength titanium, ensuring excellent biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, and mechanical durability.

This series is available in three thicknesses — 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm, and 1.0 mm — to meet different surgical needs:

0.6 mm Orthognathic Plate:

Includes L-plate (4-hole & 6-hole) and anatomical L-plate (6-hole), compatible with 1.5 mm self-tapping and self-drilling screws, ideal for delicate fixation in thin cortical bone.

0.8 mm Orthognathic Plate:

Includes L-plate (4-hole & 6-hole), anatomical L-plate (6-hole), and genioplasty plate (5-hole), compatible with 2.0 mm screws, suitable for chin and mid-facial procedures requiring moderate stability.

1.0 mm Orthognathic Plate:

Includes L-plate (4-hole & 6-hole), anatomical L-plate (6-hole), and sagittal split plates (4-hole & 6-hole), also compatible with 2.0 mm screws, providing strong fixation for mandibular sagittal split osteotomies and other high-load areas.
