The Locking Maxillofacial Trauma Series is designed to provide rigid and stable fixation for a wide range of maxillofacial fractures. The system includes Locking Micro Plates (0.6 mm) and Locking Mini Plates (0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.4 mm), all manufactured from high-strength titanium to ensure excellent biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, and mechanical strength.
All plates feature a Single-Hole-with-Two-Nails-Optional design that enhances surgical flexibility and stability. Their symmetrical, reversible surfaces prevent orientation errors and simplify intraoperative handling.
Locking Micro Plate (0.6 mm,rose red plate):
Available in a full range of shapes — X-plate, rectangular plate, straight bridge plate, straight plate, arc plate, T-plate, double-Y plate, 90° & 110° L-plates, and Y-plate.
Compatible with 1.5 mm locking, self-tapping, and self-drilling screws, ensuring secure fixation for delicate facial structures.
Indication:
Frontal part, nasal part, pars orbitalis, pars zygomatica.maxilla region, pediatric craniofacial bone
Locking Mini Plate (0.8 mm / 1.0 mm / 1.4 mm):
0.8 mm(light blue plate): Straight bridge plate, straight plate, arc plate, 90° & 110° L-plates, double-Y plate — ideal for simple and stable trauma fixation.
Indication of 0.8mm locking plate : Nasal part, pars orbitalis, pars zygomatica.maxilla region
1.0 mm: Rectangular plate, straight bridge plate, straight plate, arc plate, arc bridge plate, 110° arc plate, 90° & 110° L-plates, double-Y plate — suitable for general trauma fixation.
Indication of 1.0mm locking plate:Nasal part, pars orbitalis, pars zygomatica, maxillaregion, mandible (simple and stable trauma)
1.4 mm: Straight bridge plate, straight plate, arc bridge plate, 120° arc plate — designed for fixation of fractures with poor stability or higher load-bearing demands.
Indication of 1.4mm locking plate:andible(trauma with poor stability
